Goal: Connect all islands with bridges so that every island's number matches the number of bridges connected to it.

Rules:
• Bridges connect islands horizontally or vertically
• Max 2 bridges between any pair of islands
• Bridges cannot cross other bridges
• All islands must form one connected group

Controls:
• Tap an island, then tap another in the same row/column to add a bridge
• Each pair cycles: 0 → 1 → 2 → 0
• Long-press to remove a bridge
